REFUND & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

This policy describes the refund, return, and subscription terms for products purchased from VeraTenet LLC ("VeraTenet," "we," "us," or "our") at veratenet.com. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All supplement sales are final. Due to the consumable nature of dietary supplements and for the safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened supplement products. Once a product has shipped, it cannot be returned, resold, or restocked.
This policy exists for product safety — we cannot verify the storage conditions, handling, or integrity of any product once it has left our fulfillment facility. This applies to all orders, including one-time purchases and subscription shipments.
2. SUBSCRIPTION & AUTO-RENEWAL TERMS
Some VeraTenet products are available as quarterly subscriptions. Before subscribing, please understand the following:
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed once every 90 days. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each 90-day cycle, at the price confirmed at checkout.
- Monthly Shipments: Each 90-day subscription includes 3 monthly shipments, dispatched automatically so you don't run out of product.
- Renewal Reminders: We will send you an email reminder before each renewal charge.
- Cancel Anytime — No Fees, No Phone Call Required: You may cancel your subscription at any time using whichever method is most convenient:
- Through your account page (self-service, online, available 24/7)
- By clicking the cancellation link in any subscription email
- By emailing support@veratenet.com
- By calling (408) 800-2537 during business hours
- When Cancellation Takes Effect: Cancellations take effect immediately. Once you cancel, you will not be charged for any future billing cycles.
- Mid-Cycle Cancellation: If you cancel after a 90-day cycle has been charged, you will still receive any remaining monthly shipments included in that paid cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent cycles. Because shipments already paid for are still dispatched, no refund is issued for the remainder of the paid cycle.
- Price Changes: If the subscription price changes, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel at any time.
- Confirmation: After subscribing, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your subscription terms, your billing cycle, and instructions for how to cancel.
California Auto-Renewal Disclosure: In compliance with California Business & Professions Code §17600–17606 (Automatic Renewal Law), we disclose: your subscription will automatically renew every 90 days at the price stated at checkout until you cancel. Cancellation is available at any time using any of the methods listed above.
3. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & SHIPMENT CHANGES
- Before an Order Ships: If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate modifications or cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible at support@veratenet.com.
- After an Order Ships: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Pausing or Skipping a Future Shipment: You may pause, skip, or reschedule future subscription shipments at any time through your account page or by contacting support. Changes requested before a shipment is processed will apply to that shipment; changes requested after a shipment is processed will apply to the following shipment.
4. EXCEPTIONS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS
While all supplement sales are final, we will work with you in the following situations:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a broken seal, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at our discretion.
- Wrong Product Shipped: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
- Billing Errors: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will investigate and correct any errors promptly.
- Case-by-Case Exceptions: In certain circumstances, VeraTenet may at its sole discretion authorize a one-time exception, which may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover processing and handling costs.
5. CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 NOTICE

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VeraTenet's total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the purchase price you paid for the specific product at issue. VeraTenet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from this policy or your use of our products shall be resolved as described in our Terms of Service, which includes a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver with a 30-day opt-out period.
